Fodor János Myskolcz város polgára a maga és három fia: Tamás, László és János nevében a Borsod megyei Chaba possessióban levő, királyi adományból bírt kúriáját, a mellette levő malommal együtt 200 magyar arany forint örök áron Myskolcz-i Kowach Istvánnak eladta.
