Az egri káptalan II.Ulászló király 1506 máj.29-i parancsára az oklevélben név szerint felsorolt nemesek és jobbágyok jelenlétében, ellenmondás nélkül beiktatta Horwath Jánost, feleségét: Katalint, fiait: Gergelyt és Zsigmondot, leányát: Margitot néhai Baryus László Solcza-i birtokába és a Sajón levő malma fele részének birtokába. - Papír, a hajtások mentén repedt - Hátlapján pecsétmaradványai – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Komjáthy) EGRI KÁPTALAN
