Buda. IV. a. Thome de Aquino. II. Lajos király Barczay János érdemeiért, neki adományozza Gombos András nemes Sáros megyei és más, magyarországi birtokait, mivel azok a királyra szálltak. Gombos ui. oblitus fame et nobilitatis sue honoreque et humanitatis postposito Danch Demeternek egy familiárisát in libera via euntem mindenéből kifosztotta, lemeztelenítette, more predonico, s a nála talált pénzt erőszakkal elvette tőle. Eredeti, papír (kettébe hajtva). A szöveg alatt pecsét töredéke. A szöveg alatt jobbra: Relatio magistri Johannis Pethew magistri curie Regie Maiestatis. Alul a jobb sarokban: .... d.
