II. p. cond. Pasce. Szepes megye előtt Barczay László nevében perbe hívták Jekelfalwa-i Mihályt, mert az elmúlt nyáron a Jekelfalwa-i templom temetőjében rátámadt Kozwb Bálint nevű jobbágyára s azt különböző, gyalázkodó szavakkal illette, többek között mondván: Te lator, ha nem tisztelném Isten ama házát, menten átdöfnélek dárdámmal, találnék csak 100 forintot, hogy kifizessem érted, Te lator, kezeim által kellene meghalnod.
