Perényi Imre nádor előtt Kewweches-i Danch Demeter királyi alétekfogómester, fivére nevében is, a Sáros megyei Rakos possession bírt nemesi házhoz való, valamint az ugyanott és Rathway possessiobeli birtokrészekhez való jogát, amely a budai káptalan compositionalisa alapján Rakos-i deák András gaztettei következtében került a kezére, Barcza-i Jánosnak adja el 300 arany forintért.
