Buda - crast. Epiphan. II. Lajos király meghagyja Torna megyének, hogy vizsgálja felül és hozzon új ítéletet abban az ügyben, amely Chaba-i Horwath Gergely panaszára indult Chytnnek-i András ellen s amely ügyben megfellebbezett ítéletét a megyének a curia visszaküldte oda s a megye azt, új ítélethozatal helyett, végre kívánta hajtatni. Eredeti, papír, foltos. A szöveg alatt papírfelzetes pecsét. A szöveg felett jobbra: de commissione domini regis.
