Perényi Péter, Abaújvár megye comese nyugtatja Barcza-i Jánost és Kys Tamást azoknak az ezüst holmiknak hiánytalan átadásáról, amelyeket nevezettek Perényi Füzér-i tárházából vittek le, esküvőjére, Siklósra. (Így 24 cuppa coronata-t in una forma, amphoras magnas unius forma, ragusai mosdókészletet, duo conseruatoria ... stb. ...) Eredeti, papír, a szöveg alatt papírfelzetes gyűrűspecsét.
