Buda. Vig. Ascens. Domini. Tamás comes, országbíró a jászói konventnek elrendeli, hogy Boxa-i Mátyus fia, Máté és Barcha-i János fia, Tamás Chorba István fia, Miklós ellenében a kompetens terminusra a királyi prézencia elé történő perbehívásához küldje ki hites emberét és arról tegyen jelentést.
