Borsod megye hatósága Chaba-i Horwath Gergely kérésére megállapította, hogy Chaba possessióbeli vetésiben az átvonuló utazók és kereskedők sok kárt tesznek. Horwath familiárisa és provisor curie-ja: Mera-i Zsigmond tilalmazta Chaba lakosait és az utasokat a további kártételektől. - Hátlapján négy gyűrűspecsét töredéke, egy nyoma. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Komjáthy).
