Garadna. 15. d. IV. a. Epiphan. Abaújvár megye ítélőszékén előterjesztett kérésére Fülöp mesternek, a Myslye-i egyház prépostjának II. Lajos királynak az ő érdekében és Zeen (?)-i János és Ferenc, valamint ugyancsak név szerint felsorolt társaival szemben kibocsátott, 1524. szeptember 15-én kelt oklevelét átírja. Eredeti, papír, hátlapján négy gyűrűspecsét töredéke, ill. maradványa. A szöveg alatt:...... Ekedy Andreas totaliter.
