Jekulfalua-i Domokos fia, Miklós perét, melyet előtte Gelnechbanya név szerint felsorolt polgárai ellen birtokügyben indított, az alperesek kérésére, mivel ilyen fontos ügyben jelenleg ”felelni nem tudnak”, vízkereszt nyolcadára (1377. január 13.) halasztja.
