In crastino Exelt. S. Crucis. Jászói konvent. Barcha-i Tamás fia István nevében tiltakoztak az ellen, hogy másik Barcha-i Tamás fia Sebestyén Barcha possessióban és máshol levő részeit (Abaúj megye) elidegeníteni akarja, mert azok megszerzése elsősorban az eltiltó Istvánt illeti, ezért az elidegenítést eltiltja és egyben a birtokrészek megszerzését is.
