Visegrád. 12. d. oct. Georgii. Szécsi Miklós országbíró a Bayor-i Sinka által Bayor possessió határjárásánál és statúciójánál bejelentett ellentmondása miatt Jekulfalua-i Domokos fia Miklós ellen indított pert, amelyre vonatkozólag a felperes bemutatja a szepesi káptalan 1379. augusztus 28.-1380. augusztus 1. között kelt idézőlevelét, az alperes kérésére Szent Mihály nyolcadára (október 6.) halasztja, mert az alperes állítása szerint a határjárásnál az ő Zenthmargyta possessiójából is nagy darabot foglaltak el Bayor possessióhoz és ezt az állítását oklevelekkel tudja igazolni, melyeket az elhalasztott terminuson köteles bemutatni.
