Buda. 12. d. oct. Epiphan. Bebek Imre országbíró kiadványa. Kaplai János országbíró 1385. október 21-i ítéletlevelét, melyet az országbíró bírósága előtt Rethy-i Herbord fia Márton mutatott be, Stephfalua-i Chank fia Járdán részére átírja. A záradék szerint az országbírói pecsétek még nincsenek készen, így a jelen kiadványt Bebek György királynői tárnokmester pecsétjével pecsételte meg.
