Abauj megye bizonyítja, hogy a Barcha-i László és Illés kérésére kiküldött megyei embere tanúvallatással az alábbiakat állapította meg: igaz az, hogy Thuza-i Zaz Péter az elmúlt napokban fegyveres kézzel a panaszosok Thwza possessiójára tört és ott Mátyus nevű jobbágyukat nullis suis culpis exigentibus megölte.
