A szepesi káptalan jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy amikor Pálóci Mátyus országbíró 1430. június 26-i mandátumára Sygra és Zenthmargitha teljes possessiókat és Olsauiche possessió felét rekaptiválták és azt a megállapított határokkal Veronika hajadonnak statuálták, annak Sygra-i Pech Mihály a maga és fia Péter nevében ellentmondott, amiért őket a királyi ember Szent Mihály nyolcadára (október 13.) a királyi prézencia elé perbe idézte.
