A jászói konvent jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy miután az 1431. március 21-i parancsára Abauj megyében megtartott tanúvallatás bizonyította, hogy minden úgy történt meg, amint azt a mandátum tartalmazta, Sebestyén név szerint felsorolt fiait és özvegyét: Mártát, a panaszosok ellenében Bukelch possessióban a királyi prézencia elé Szent György nyolcadára (máj. 1.) perbe idézték.
