A szepesi káptalan jelenti Pálóci Máté országbírónak, hogy a Gargow-i László fia Benedek felperes és Sygra-i Poch Mihály, meg ennek fia Péter alperesek közötti perben hozott ítélete végrehajtásaképpen az alpereseket Sygra possessióban (Szepes m.) a felperes ellenében Szent Jakab apostol nyolcadára (aug. 1.) prézenciája elé perbe idézték.
