Trinitatis. A jászói konvent előtt Chan-i Jakab fia, András, a maga, anyja: Swsko, nővére: Margit, fia: Miklós és leányai: Ilona és Magdolna nevében részüket a Borsod megyei Baba possessióban Gecche-i Mihály fiának, Benedeknek, 34 magyar arany forintért a visszaváltásig zálogba adta; ha nem tudná e Benedeket a birtokban megtartani, akkor Chan possessiójából kellene őt szintén zálogképpen kárpótolnia.
