Omnium Sanctorum. A szepesi káptalan előtt Jekelfalua-i Lőrinc fia, Fyas Miklós a maga, öt fia, testvére és a többi, név szerint felsorolt várrokonai nevében eltiltotta Zsigmond királyt Folkmar és Zakar possessiókban levő részeik, valamint az ezek határában levő Zenmargita erdők eladományozásától, Perényi Pált és mindenki mást azok felkérésétől, a birtokbavezetéstől és hasznai szedésétől.
