A szepesi káptalan jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy Bátori István országbíró 1437. november 23-i parancsára Segre-i Poch Mihály és ennek fia, Péter, alpereseket Veronika asszony, felperes ellenében Szepesváralja, Márkfalva (in villa Marci) és Leuche helységek vásárain történt kikiáltással és inszinuációval vízkereszt nyolcadára (1438. jan. 13.) a királyi prézencia elé perbe idézték.
