Albert király a szepesi káptalannak. Közli címzettel Ryhno-i Dániel fia Miklós és név szerint felsorolt vérrokonai panaszát, amely szerint Barcza-i Fyas Miklós és János meg Barcza-i László a panaszosok Ryhno possessió határában (Szepes m.) lévő erdőjét nagy részben kivágták; elrendeli egyben a panasz tárgyában a tanúvallatást és a hatalmaskodók törvénybe idézését a királyi prézencia elé a kompetens terminusra.
