A káptalan jelenti, hogy a király 1454 február 7. előtt kelt parancsának végrehajtásaképen a királyi kuriából kiküldött királyi ember és a hites személy Minich János budai polgárt és Scepesy Gábor kassai polgárt Chaba possessióban bírt részeik birtokába - a név szerint felsorolt szomszédok jelenlétében - restatuálták, Zwha-i Vince deák és Chaba-i Pál és Péter ellentmondását nem vévén tekintetbe.
