Visegrád. 8. d. oct. Cinerum. Szécsi Miklós országbíró jelenti, hogy Damyan-i András fia, Herbordus panaszt emelt bírósága előtt Gyurk-i Luueu Miklós ellen, amely szerint ennek nála lakó veje: Peteu két 50 forintot érő lovát vezette el fényes nappal és apósa házához vitte, ahol a lovakat sokan saját szemükkel látták; mivel Peteu tagadta a terhére rótt cselekményt, az országbíró az alperesnek a nyitrai káptalan előtt hetedmagával leteendő tisztító esküt ítél meg.
