Mátyás király jelenti, hogy Frangepán Miklós comesnek adja hű szolgálatai elismeréséül új királyi adomány címén a Zágrábmegye-i Therses várat, a Thersees nevű várost, a Newgrad és Dresnyk nevü kerületet azok tartozékával együtt, továbbá Kwanych és Runcza nevű birtokokat, amelyek eddig is a comes és családjának a tulajdonai voltak.
