A csázmai káptalan jelenti, hogy Chalopycz-i Ladowikowych ”dictus” Péter, Frangepán Miklósnak, Segna, Wegla és Modrussa grófjának a familiarisa bemutatta előtte IV. Béla királynak 1260 okt. 5-én kelt, teljes egészében közölt oklevelét, kérve annak az átírását; a káptealan az oklevelet patens formában átírta. Eredeti, hártya. Függő pecsétje hiányzik.
