V. László király Hwnyad-i János volt kormányzó, besztercei örökös gróf érdemeinek a jutalmazásául neki és utódjainak adományozza a temesmegyei Monosthor és Kethfylew nevü birtokokat, amelyeket egykor Albert király Thar Rupertnek adott, amaz pedig Hwnyad-i Jánosnak, aki azóta is ezek birtokában volt, továbbá az ezekben és a temesmegyei Thofew, Zewldes, Ohath, Maraz, Kysewthwen vagy a kevei Maxond és Seel nevü birtokokban lévő királyi jogot nove domotionis titulo. - A szöveg alá nyomott pecsét töredékeivel. - A szöveg felett és alatt jobbról: Commissio propria domini regis.
