Mátyás király atyai érzelemtől indittatva és hogy az apa emléke utódjaiban fennmaradjon, Corvin János oppelni és liptói hercegnek, hunyadi comesnek, egyetlen fiának adományozza Beatrix királyné beleegyezésével a nyitramegyei Bajmocz várát minden tartozékával együtt, mely vár Bajmocz-i Nyffor Honoffrus magtalan halála után szállt a koronára. Eredeti, hártya, romlott állapotban. A szöveg alá nyomott papirfelzetes pecsét. A szöveg felett jobbról: commissio propria domini regis. MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
