Zapolya-i István nádor jelenti, hogy midőn a Thomor-i István mint felperes és Corvin János oppelni és liptói herceg mint alperes között folyt perben a Vízkereszt nyolcadán /:jan.13.:/ tartott ülésen Edeles-i Tamás, Thomor-i István megbízottja bemutatta a budai káptalannak 1493 febr. 22.-én kelt, teljes egészében közölt oklevelét, erről Boghka-i Resos Péter, Corvin János megbízottja ura számára másolatot kért, amit a nádor pátens levél formájában meg is adott. - A szöveg alatt jobbról: lecta cum tenore per Sarkewzy. - Kissé rongált állapotban. - A szöveg alá nyomott veres pecsét. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
