Ulászló király jelenti, hogy a Decs-i Péter mint felperes és Corvin János oppelni herceg mint alperes közti perben, melyet Vízkereszt nyolcadán /:jan.13.:/ tárgyaltak, Beunye-i Tamás, a felperes megbízottja bemutatta a budai káptalannak 1493 dec. 30.-án kelt idéző levelét, amelyről Boghka-i Kesos Péter, a herceg megbízottja ura számára másolatot kért és kapott. - A szöveg alatt jobbról: Lecta per magistrum Adam prothonotarium. - A szöveg alá nyomott pecsét. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
