Kynys-i Pál országbíró jelenti, hogy midőn Chakthornya-i Ernysth János királyi lovászmester mint felperes és Corvin János herceg mint alperes közti perben Vízkereszt nyolcadán /: jan.13.:/ bemutatták a budai káptalannak 1493 febr. 15.-én kelt válaszlevelét, Boghka-i Kesos Péter, a herceg megbízottja ura számára másolatot kért róla, amit az országbíró meg is adott. - A szöveg alatt jobbra: Lecta cum tenore per Gereczy. - Hátlapjára nyomott pecsét töredékei. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
