Kynys-i Pál országbíró, temesi comes jelenti, hogy midőn a Lyndwa-i Banfy Miklós királyi ajtónállómester mint felperes és Corvin János herceg mint alperes közötti perben Vízkereszt nyolcadán /:jan.13.:/ Zenthmyhal-i Palfy Bálint, a felperes megbízottja bemutatta Bathor-i István comes országbíró 1492 nov. 22.-én kelt ítéletlevelét, Boghka-i Kesos Péter, a herceg procuratora másolatot kért róla, amit az országbíró meg is adott. - Kissé rongált állapotban. - Hátlapjára nyomott pecsét nyomaival. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
