A csázmai káptalan jelenti, hogy Hemenych ”dictus” Tamás, Rokonok várkastély udvarbírája, Frangepán Beatrix, Corvin János liptói herceg, dalmát, horvát, szlavon bán özvegye és annak leánya: Erzsébet nevében tiltotta Bela vár várnagyát: Pethey ”dictus” Lászlót a Warasd megyei Bela várának eladásától, elzálogosításától, vagy bármi módon való birtokbavételétől, Ulászló királyt pedig annak az eladományozásától.
