A váradhegyfoki káptalan jelenti, hogy Werhyke-i Chwbranych Miklós, Corvin János herceg özvegyének, Frangepán Bernoldus Groff leányának, Beatrixnek a megbízottja úrnője nevében bemutatta IV. Béla király aranybullával ellátott, 1245. dec. 12-én kelt oklevelét, kérve, hogy azt szóról-szóra írják át, amit a káptalan meg is tett. - Hátlapjára nyomott pecsét. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
