Ulászló király jelenti, hogy habár azt a pert, amely egyrészt Beatrix, Corvin János herceg, dalmát, horvát, szlavon bán özvegye, másrészt Gerse-i Pethew László közt folyt a warasdmegyei Bela vár miatt, Szent Mihály ünnepének 25-ik napjára - okt. 23. - halasztotta felülvizsgálat végett, most mégis ”propter instantem pestilentiam” a többi ügy mellett azt is Szent György ünnepének 20-ik napjára - máj. 13. - halasztotta. - Relatio magistri Francisci Varday custodis Albensis, secretarii regie maiestatis. - A szöveg alá nyomott pecsét töredékeivel. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
