in faucibus Montium. die vicesima secunda Julii. Miksa császár missilis levele II. Lajos királyhoz. A király értesítését, hogy Brandenburgi György őrgróf és Zapolya-i János erdélyi vajda közt létrejött a megegyezés, örömmel veszi tudomásul. Mivel ez az őrgróf nagylelkűségéről és lemondásáról tesz tanúbizonyságot, pártfogolni fogja őt és a király kegyébe is ajánlja a levelet vivő Maraksi János tanácsosa útján. (Teljes szöveg.) Eredeti, hártya, záró pecsét töredékeivel. A szöveg alatt jobbra: Ad mandatum cesaree majestatis proprium.
