Wyngarth-i Gereb Péter nádor jelenti, hogy Bancha-i András deák, Csongrád megye főispánja magára vállalva felesége: Frusina, fiai: János és Ferenc, leánya: Anna terhér is bejelentette, hogy bár ő Corvin János liptói herceget, dalmát, horvát, s szlavon bánt Bekes várkastély és város miatt perbe fogta, de mert a megegyezés alapján a király őt mindenben kielégítette, Corvin János herceget minden kötelezettsége alól felmenti és minden iratot, melyek Bekesre vonatkoznak, átad neki. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
