A váradi káptalan előtt Thelegd-i András és Lőrinc a fehérmegyei Benedik, Chaklya és mindkét Gald nevű birtokokban lévő birtokrészeiket 600 arany forintért eladták Hwnyad-i Jánosnak, Magyarország kormányzójának, de mert a kormányzó nem volt jelen a bevallásnál, az eladás érvényét az ő akaratától teszik függővé. Rongált állapotban. Hátlapjára nyomott pecsét. VÁRADI KÁPTALAN
