László király Hwnyad-i János volt kormányzó, besztercei örökös gróf igen nagy érdemeit méltatva, ”qui regni status et honoris nostri et huius regni conservator magnanimus fuit et columpna”, örök tulajdonul neki adja a Temes megyében lévő oláh kerületeket: Swggya, Swpan és Thwerd-et minden hozzátartozóval együtt.
