Ráskai Balázs tárnokmester, delegált nádori bíró bizonyítja, hogy a Kerezthwr-i Imre felesége: Margit asszony, Kerezthwr-i Benedek leánya, felperes és Laki Kaczor András és Miklós alperesek között előtte folyó perben a felperesi ügyvéd bemutatta Zápolyai István nádor 1492. november 6-i ítéletét, illetve perhalasztó levelét. Az alperesek kérésére átírja és nekik átírásban kiadja. - Szöveg alatt jobbról kancelláriai feljegyzés. - 3 darabra szakadva, nagy hiányokkal. - Szöveg alatt piros viaszú rányomott pecsét töredéke. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
