Miklós nádor előtt Mérey István fiai: Jakab, Péter, János és Lőrinc, valamint Miklós bán fia Miklós a Tolkaj birtok határjárásának ellentmondásából származó, köztük folyó pert elhalasztják oly feltétellel, hogy az újabb határnapon már többé nem halasztják el, különben a birtok a Méreyeké marad.
