Szepesi Jakab országbíró meghagyja a pécsi káptalannak, hogy Écsi Miklós felesége és fiai panasza tárgyában, mely szerint Mérey János fia Leluk Szent Mihály előtti pénteken és vasárnap testvérének, Mérey Dezső fia Miklósnak mérei részén hatalmaskodott, tartson vizsgálatot.
