Simon mester tolnai alispán és a megye négy szolgabírája bizonyítják, hogy Chop-i Bors mester szerint a perben, amelyet Móric Dolmold-i hospes fia: István a Szentháromság ünnepét követő kedden (1330. jún. 5.) indított ellene, helyette rokona: Dad-i Lőrinc mester minden tekintetben megadta a választ, s azt megerősítette. - Hártyán, két zárópecsét nyomával.
