Báthori István országbíró megbírságolja Kowar-i Pál mester fia Lászlót, aki nem jelent meg előtte Szent Mihály nyolcadán, noha perbeli ellenfele: Palasth-i Simon fia Egyed a maga és fivére, Demeter nevében 38 napig várt rá. A per a felek között a Hont megyei Lythwart más nevén Alsopalasth birtok tárgyában folyik. Eredeti, papír, a hátoldalon zárópecsét nyoma.
