Palasth-i Simon fia Egyed és fivére, Demeter ellen a Hont megyei Lythwarth más néven Alsopalasth birtok tárgyában. Pyr-i György és Márk fia Miklós, Tur-i László, Kerekgardon-i János, Daras Péter királyi ember. Eredeti, papír, a hátoldalon rányomott pecsét maradványa.
