A zalai konvent bizonyítja, hogy a Szentjakabi Chernel Ferenc fia Bertalan, a rokonai nevében is, a somogymegyei Cseh-ben levő portioját, két jobbágyhely kivételével, 39 forintért elzálogosította Chapy Andrásnak és Ilona nevü feleségének.
