A budai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy előtte Labathlan-i Gergely a maga, felesége: Katalin asszony és édestestvére, néhai Labathlan-i László fia: Miklós nevében az általuk zálogjogon birtokolt esztergommegyei Kewbewlkwth és a komárommegyei Rawazkezew s Wyfalw helységeket visszabocsátotta Bathor-i István országbíró, valamiint András és László testvérei kezébe, miután azok neki a zálogösszeget megfizették.
