Warasd. quindecimo die peractionis (peractio: die dominico post Pauli primi heremite). Varasd megye bizonyságlevele a Gywla-i János panaszos kérésére kiküldött megyei emberek vizsgálatának eredményéről, akik Ywancz helység szomszédaival együtt megállapították, hogy a varasdmegyei Yerihowcz birtokokban a Bennya folyón álló malomhoz Bela várától semmiféle szántót és rétet nem bitangoltak el, amint azt Bela vára várnagyai panaszolták.
