sexto die diei inquisitionis (inquisitio: in festo Innocentum) A csázmai káptalan jelenti Beryzlo Péter veszprémi püspöknek, dalmát-horvát-szlavon bánnak, hogy miután 1518. december 16-i parancsa végrehajtására kiküldött báni ember és káptalani hites személy az abban foglalt hatalmaskodást tanúk vallomásaiból igaznak találták, a hatalmaskodót a bán elé Vízkereszt nyolcadára a bán elé perbe idézték.
