A nyitrai /Nitriensis/ káptalan jelenti Zápolyai István nádornak, hogy 1498. augusztus 29-én Budán kelt parancsára Eghazasdywek /Heghazasdywek/-i Ferenc fia Istvánt és néhai István fiait: Tamást és Pétert Wyfalw-i Imre ellenében Egyházasdivék nevű birtokán Jokwth-i Oszvald királyi ember Pál pap a Szent-László-oltár igazgatója, káptalani kiküldött jelenlétében megidézte. - Hátlapján zárópecsét nyoma. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Fekete Nagy).
